Which NBA team has the best record?
With the 2016 NBA Finals just a few days away, the first round is about to begin and the Cleveland Cavaliers have a pretty good shot at winning it all.
However, they’ll also have to deal with a new series of questions about their playoff chances that are bound to arise as the season unfolds.
The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA Finals on Monday night, beating the Los Angeles Lakers 104-95.
That win came after a five-game series sweep by the Warriors that was overshadowed by the sexual assault allegations against Warriors star Steph Curry.
The Cavs have since faced a barrage of questions regarding their playoff hopes.
On Monday night in Los Angeles, they faced a series of allegations of sexual assault against a female member of the Cavs locker room.
There were also allegations that a female fan was assaulted on the team bus after the game.
Cleveland has faced accusations of rape and sexual assault on multiple occasions.
It was the first time in more than a decade that a Cavs player faced charges.
This was a great game by our guys, but we’re going to have to play well enough to win this series.
The Cavaliers’ season was cut short on Sunday night by a devastating blow to their playoff odds, when the Warriors defeated the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 of the NBA finals.
The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Warriors 104-96 to win the NBA title.
In an interview with The Next Word, Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue said that he believed that the series was still in Cleveland’s hands, despite the recent allegations against Curry.
“This is the game that I played in,” Lue told The Next Story.
“It’s the most competitive thing I’ve ever been involved in, so it’s a big deal.
If the series is still in the Cavs’ hands, the team will face a series that could easily end in a sweep. “
[Curry] said he was going to do something about it, but I didn’t believe him,” Lues continued.
If the series is still in the Cavs’ hands, the team will face a series that could easily end in a sweep.
Although Lue admitted that he’s unsure if the Cavaliers will make the playoffs this season, he said that it’s not a decision he’d make lightly.
“It’s going to be a tough series.
It’s not going to feel like a sweep, but it’s going the right way,” Lute said.
As for whether or not they can win the series, Lue stressed that the Cavs will continue to work hard.
“… we’re not going down,” Lued said.
“We’re going out there to do what we do best and we’re gonna go out there and we want to win.”
In addition to the accusations, there was another sexual assault allegation against Curry that came out earlier this week.
Former Warriors guard Klay Thompson was accused of raping a woman at a bar in Las Vegas.
The alleged victim told police that Thompson told her he was a former teammate of Curry’s, but he didn’t know her.
Thompson was arrested on Wednesday and was booked into the Clark County Jail.
